Everyone needs a weekend getaway, and Cabo has been our go-to lately! After our last trip in March we were ready to head back to Cabo for some sunshine and to check in to the beautiful Resort at Pedregal!
We booked ourselves into the lovely Dos Mares Suites. But the best thing about Pedregal is that all the rooms & suites have Ocean Views and a plunge pool!
The dramatic desert landscape and powerful Pacific Ocean are a few of the reasons we’re so obsessed with Cabo. During Whale Season (October – May) you can Whale Watch right from their sprawling infinity pool. The mamas and their baby whales can get so close to shore!
The Resort at Pedregal has such a unique location at the southernmost tip of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula, carved into a cliff on 24 pristine oceanfront acres – on top of that, they have one of the most beautiful infinity pools that spans half of the resort! This resort really has some of the best service we’ve experienced in all of Cabo, and to us that really makes your experience! They have 410 staff for only 110 rooms!
Another thing we love about the The Resort at Pedregal is that they really want to give their clients the option to get off property and explore the things that make Cabo a unique destination! They have just launched 6 exclusive experiences that they offer their guests. We were lucky enough to try out a few!
At 7am we headed out for some sunrise stand up paddle boarding to the famous Cabo Arch. Once we got there a boat picked us up and gave us a tour around the peninsula! When we got back to shore, they had set up the prettiest beach breakfast for us!
There are so many unique experiences you can have in Cabo outside of your resort…like swimming with Whale Sharks and exploring Secluded Hot Springs! And with a delicious farm to table movement exploding right now – Cabo is so much more than just a beach destination.

One hot afternoon we took a break from the sun and headed to the kitchen for a Ceviche demonstration from Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet! The resort has 2 beachside cafes and 2 fine dining restaurants on property! And then there is always pool side service for lunch!
The Champagne terrace of El Farallon is the most sought after dinner location in Los Cabos. Tucked into the cliffs of The Resort at Pedregal and overlooking the Pacific Ocean it is the perfect place to let the world slip away. The restaurant is to die for too, beautifully stocked daily with fresh seafood from local fishermen! During dinner a pack of dolphins even showed up to show off! Truly a magical place.
Sending a champagne toast to all of our amazing friends at The Resort at Pedregal who took such good care of us.
